Dr. Kadam has extensive experience in handling emergency and trauma cases, performing major and minor surgeries, and managing both basic and advanced laparoscopic procedures. His strong surgical knowledge, combined with excellent patient communication skills, allows him to provide comprehensive care and ensure patient confidence throughout treatment.

He completed his MBBS from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai, followed by an MS in General Surgery from the prestigious B.Y.L. Nair & Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai Central.

Professionally, Dr. Kadam has served as a Speciality Medical Officer at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital, where he gained valuable experience in emergency surgeries, exploratory laparotomies, trauma care, and assisting complex surgical procedures. He further worked as a Senior Resident and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Mahatma Gandhi Mission Medical College, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, contributing actively to surgical education and undergraduate teaching.
